Digital Delivery Only
All our products are digital files (SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF formats). No physical products will be shipped.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive your digital download link:
- Immediately after checkout, or
- Via email sent to the address you provided during purchase.
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of completing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us at faizangee79@gmail.com for support.
File Access
You will receive a download link for your purchased files, which you can access directly through:
- The order confirmation page after checkout
- The confirmation email you receive from us
Please ensure that you download and save your files promptly. We recommend keeping a backup of your purchases on your own device or cloud storage.
Issues with File Download
If you experience any issues with your download (such as a broken link or corrupted file), please reach out to us at faizangee79@gmail.com. We will ensure that you receive a working copy of your purchased product.
Physical Shipping
We do not offer physical shipping since all our products are digital. Please do not expect any items to be delivered via mail or courier.
