At CNC Design 360, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a 14-day refund period for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your payment provider (e.g., bank, credit card company).
  3. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund (under the conditions stated above). Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you receive a defective or incomplete file, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue by replacing the file.


Gifts

As our products are digital, we do not currently offer gift options or gift certificates.
