Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since all products sold on CNC Design 360 are digital files, once the files are downloaded or delivered, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned:

To complete any refund request, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not attempt to return digital files by any method.

There are certain situations where partial or full refunds may be granted (if applicable):


Refunds

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your payment provider (e.g., bank, credit card company).
  3. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund (under the conditions stated above). Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you receive a defective or incomplete file, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue by replacing the file.


Gifts

As our products are digital, we do not currently offer gift options or gift certificates.
