Digital Product Policy
All our products are digital downloads. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or delivered.
We strongly encourage you to read the product description carefully and ask any questions before purchasing to ensure the file suits your needs.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads (SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF files)
- Customized or personalized design files
- Sale or discounted items
Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted
We may offer a refund in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.
- Technical Issue: The file is corrupted or incomplete and we are unable to resolve the issue after support.
- Multiple Charges: You were charged more than once for a single transaction.

Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.
