You will receive your digital files via email or WhatsApp once payment is confirmed.
Q2: What formats do you provide?
All designs come in SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, and PDF formats.
Q3: How long does it take to get my files?
After payment confirmation, you will receive your files usually within 1–12 hours.
Q4: What if I don’t receive my files?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see them, contact us at faizangee79@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
Q5: Can I resell or share the design files?
No, resale or redistribution of the digital files is not allowed under any circumstances.
Q6: Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we can create custom CNC designs on request. Contact us for a quote.
